As usual, a fun time in Bardstown, KY was had by all. The trip to Jim Beam distillery was very informative and tasty. For some people whiskey isn’t for breakfast, but I sure enjoyed a few leftovers. A special thanks goes to Wapakoneta Jim and his family for all their work setting things up and putting on another fantastic fun fest.
Another gathering of the Jims in Mount Airy, NC was a huge success! I want to thank all that were involved with the planning this year, and a special thank you to Lakewood Jim and Julie for hosting this year’s festival. It was great to see all that attended and to have the opportunity to chat with each other…

The Jim Smith Society is pleased to welcome our new President, James Brian Smith from Indian Head, Maryland. He has taken over the position previously held by James Wayne Smith from Eden, North Carolina. Our thanks and appreciation go to Eden Jim for his faithful years of service in that office.
